A reflection is a fixing of the thoughts into something; careful consideration. I believe this is a perfect word to describe this book. This is not a thorough teaching about the types of intercession, although some will be shared. However, this is my reflection on some of my experiences with intercession and what I’ve learned through the Bible and the examples it provides. 
The goal is to put a face to a name, so people can see the good and sometimes gritty reality of standing in the gap for others. We're called to intercession, so my desire is to also show that anyone can participate.
