Every school year presents itself with new challenges along with accomplishments. In between the two, encouragement is needed for the ones who work day in and day out in our education systems across the world. Educators are tasked with one of the most important jobs of our day, cultivating the next generation into adulthood. Every skill and lesson learned is created to help them become an independent and responsible adult in society. With so many factors that can affect a students education (Social, emotional, economical, mental and physical health) we need all educators to be strengthened to do the work!
